I'm not a snowboarder or skateboarder, I'm a mum in my 40s struggling to maintain core strength but lacking the time and motivation to do regular exercise. The Sferaboard is both fun and challenging, and best of all, I can just hop on in the kitchen or the living room for five minutes bursts throughout the day. I love it!

Super fun! It'd say I mostly got the hang of it by day 2 and it is so much fun to do! After surfing a few years ago, I missed the feeling and this board makes up for it just fine. A huge plus is that it's a good full body workout.
