I'm not a snowboarder or skateboarder, I'm a mum in my 40s struggling to maintain core strength but lacking the time and motivation to do regular exercise. Super fun! It'd say I mostly got the hang of it by day 2 and it is so much fun to do! After surfing a few years ago, I missed the feeling and this board makes up for it just fine. A huge plus is that it's a good full body workout.

We have done numerous and meticulous tests and adaptations to make sure The SferaBoard is one of safest yet still challenging balance boards in the market.
The Sferaboard stands among the safest balance-boards thanks to its unique technologies that keep the SferaBall where it belongs: under the board.
The raised edges on our board together with the unique closed stopper system, makes it just tip over to the ground when you lose balance making it easy to just step or hop off.
The classic fall on the roll balance board (launching the board in one direction and your body towards the other) is practically impossible on the SferaBoard.
We have tested the SferaBoard with riders up to 2 m tall and 110 kg in weight without reporting any problems 😄
If you’re around that height or weight, you should be perfectly fine!
If you’re above 110 kg and still want to give it a try, we’d love to have you as our next test rider!
Just send us an email with your details, and we’ll extend a special warranty: if the board fails due to weight-related issues, we’ll replace it or send you a new one—no questions asked.
