Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (with absolutely no signs of usage). You'll also need to provide:

  • Your order number(s)
  • Tell us why you want to return it
  • Send pictures of the parcel (including shipping label)

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@sferaboards.com. If your return is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for the returned product until it is safely received by us. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item is securely and adequately packaged to travel back to us. If the product is damaged during return transit due to insufficient or improper packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or issue a partial refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@sferaboards.com.

To process your claim, we will need:

  • Photos of the outer packaging, including the shipping label, ideally before unpacking the product fully.
  • Photos of the damaged item, showing the issue clearly.
  • A short description of how the parcel arrived (whether the outer box was intact, damaged, wet, open, etc.).

Claims submitted after 48 hours, or for products that show signs of use (beyond what is needed to identify the damage) may not be accepted. This allows us to determine whether the damage occurred in transit and to file a claim with our courier when applicable.

Once we receive your report, we will evaluate the case and let you know the next step, which may include a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund depending on the situation.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us via email at contact@sferaboards.com and we will help you out. If your order has already been shipped, the best way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

We will refund you the money from your purchase minus all incurred shipping costs and a 2,5€ fixed return fee.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
