Covered products: SferaBoard and official balls
Warranty period: 2 years from the date of purchase

At SferaBoards.com, we stand behind the quality and durability of our boards and balls. That’s why we offer a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and failures resulting from normal use of the product.

What does the warranty cover?

  • Breaks or structural damage that make the board or ball unusable, provided they result from manufacturing defects or natural wear and tear under normal use.

  • Repair or replacement of the product, depending on its condition and availability in the customer’s country.

Damage assessment will be carried out by our team, who will determine whether the breakage is due to a defect or normal use.


What is NOT covered?

This warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Improper, negligent, or irresponsible use of the product.

  • Damage caused by heavy impacts, intentional abuse, drops from heights, exposure to extreme conditions (such as excessive humidity, fire, chemicals, etc.).

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs carried out by third parties.

  • Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, discoloration, or marks that do not affect functionality).

In short: if the product breaks on its own during normal use, it’s covered; if it’s been mistreated or misused, it’s not.

How to make a claim

To request warranty service, the customer must:

  1. Contact via mail - contact@sferaboards.com with their order number and a description of the issue.

  2. Provide photos or, if necessary, send the product for evaluation.

  3. Our team will determine whether repair or replacement is appropriate.
